Registration Rates

Non-members must first create a Non-member Guest record to register for the conference if one does not already exist. You can do that here.

Annual Conference FULL CONERENCE:
Full conference - Super Saver rate extended - $655 

Please note that the conference registration fee includes meals - breakfast on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and lunch on Thursday and Friday.

Annual Conference SINGLE DAY:
Single Day - $395 

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP:
Single Day - $395 

Networking/Exhibit Hall Access (Thursday and Friday only):
$285

Included - Exhibit Hall Access with Meals for 2 days
Does NOT include educational sessions.
Available only to veterinary professionals and hospital staff (not suppliers who are not exhibiting).

Conference attendees must register using their own account. Don't register another person while you are logged into your account. The conference registrant's name must match the membership account holder. 

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received in writing prior to August 21, 2026, all fees, other than a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. After August 21, 2026, no refunds will be issued.

Should the VHMA cancel the event because it is impractical or unsafe to hold, all registration fees will be refunded. Registrants will have the option to apply payments to a future event.
